Conejo Valley Rental Market Update, July 2026

The Conejo rental market remains strong, with demand continuing to exceed supply. Marketing times remain between 10 and 40 days, depending on price and property type.

What’s leasing

Condos are not leasing as quickly as single-family homes priced under $4,500/month, but they are leasing.

Rents by price

Out of the 145 units available, I found only 8 listed for less than $2,500/month, most of which are ADUs. Priced between $2,500/month and $3,500/month, I found only 22 units, all of which are condos. 28 of the 145 were priced above $5,000/month.
