Tenants pay their rent electronically thru an ACH transfer, and we pay you in the same fashion. Tenants are typically obligated to pay between the first and fifth of each month, and it may take a couple of days, depending upon weekends and holidays, to confirm receipt. After we confirm receipt, we pay any bills we have on your behalf. After the bills have been paid, we pay our Owners through an ACH transfer into the account of your choice, and you will receive an email of your accounting for the month. Feel free to log in to your account 24/7 to see all your accounting since the beginning of our relationship.
